The OTPF is used so occupational therapists speak the same language. The OPTF looks at the client holistically and outlines the OT process. It looks at what the client brings to the table and how to improve their occupational performance. It is a document that guides the practice of occupational therapy and it is important to learn about so we can become valuable and client-centered occupational therapists.
